GRADY'S COLD BREW LOCAL NYC DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Upon arrival, we will ring the buzzer to the corresponding apartment. If we are buzzed in, we will leave the delivery at the mailbox and send you the following text: "Your Grady's coffee delivery has been left at the mailbox". If we are not buzzed in we will proceed to call you directly, if answered we'll deliver it to your mailbox. If the call is not answered we will attempt the call 2 more times. Should the 3 calls go unanswered, a text message will be sent and we will wait 5 minutes for a reply. If all attempts fail, we will deem it undeliverable and will reach out to coordinate redelivery.
Packages will be left at the front desk and the following text will be sent: "Your Grady's coffee delivery has been left at the front desk".
We are happy to accommodate specific delivery instructions. To do so, please include a note in your order or contact us at email@example.com prior to your delivery
We cannot accommodate changes to delivery dates within 48 hours of scheduled delivery
