Grady’s Cold Brew is a New Orleans–style coffee concentrate that’s brewed and bottled by hand in New York City. Each batch is made by steeping a special blend of freshly roasted coffee and chicory in water overnight, then removing the grounds using a two-step filtration process. What’s left? A bold, velvety-smooth liquid concentrate that can be mixed with milk or water—served over ice or steaming hot.

Grab Bean Bag(s), a pitcher of water, and a long spoon.

Gently press bags with the back of the spoon until just soaked.

Refrigerate mixture overnight (or for at least 12 hours).

In the morning, remove bags (careful not to tear), and discard.

Just like that, fresh iced coffee all week long! To make a cup, pour Grady's concentrate and an equal amount of milk or water over ice.
