Frequency:
Offered in 7, 14, and 28 day intervals. Orders will be processed at the end of each interval. Once subscribed, you can change intervals through the customer portal. In your customer portal click Manage Subscriptions > Edit > Change Delivery Schedule.
Delivery Schedule:
You can find a list of upcoming deliveries in your customer portal (Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule). The dates you see are when the order will be placed. Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Skipping Delivery:
You can skip an upcoming delivery if your heart so desires. In your customer portal click Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule > Skip (for the date you would like to skip order).
Next Shipment:
In your customer portal click Manage Subscriptions > Edit to see the date of your next shipment. This date reflects when your next order will be placed, not the ship date. To change, click Change the next shipment date. Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Quantity:
If you would like to update your quantity, please reach out to us directly at customerservice@gradyscoldbrew.com
Product Variant:
You can change your product variant at anytime if another is available for your selected product. In your customer portal, click Manage Subscriptions > Edit > Change Product Variant.
Payment Method:
You can update your payment method at anytime. In your customer portal, click Manage Subscriptions > Edit > Update Payment Information.
Promotional Codes do not apply to subscriptions, unless otherwise stated.
