You can find a list of upcoming deliveries in your customer portal (Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule.) The dates you see are when the order will be placed. Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation.
You can skip an upcoming delivery if your heart so desires. In your customer portal click Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule > Skip (for the date you would like to skip order.) Or, reach out to us via Live Chat or our customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your customer portal click Manage Subscriptions > Edit to see the date of your next shipment. This date reflects when your next order will be placed, not the ship date. To change, click Change the next shipment date. Once order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can update your payment method at anytime. In your customer portal, proceed to Manage Subscriptions > Edit > Update Payment Information.
Promotional Codes do not apply to subscriptions, unless otherwise stated.
