Grady's Buttercream Frosting

Recipe - Grady's Buttercream Frosting

Makes about 2 cups

  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
  • 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Grady’s Cold Brew (More as Needed)

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes.

Add the vanilla and coffee and mix to combine. Add more coffee as needed to achieve a light, spreadable texture.
