Grady's Coffee Cake

Recipe - Grady's Coffee Cake - Grady's Cold Brew

Makes one 9 inch cake 

  • 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1½ Cups Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
  • 2 ¼ Cups Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1½ Cups Grady’s Cold Brew
  • Powdered Sugar (As Needed)

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt to combine.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, 4-5 minute.

Add the eggs one at a time and mix to combine, then add the vanilla.

Add ½ of the flour mixture and mix to combine. Add the coffee and mix until fully incorporated. Add the rest of the flour and mix to combine.

Pour the batter into a greased 9 inch bundt pan and bake in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 1 hour – 1 hour 10 minutes.

Cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
