Grady's Granita

Recipe - Grady's Granita

Makes 6 servings

  • 2 Cups Grady’s Cold Brew Coffee
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract   

In a medium pot, bring 1 cup of the coffee, sugar, and cinnamon to a simmer over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add the remaining coffee and the vanilla and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish (like an 8x8 pan).

Freeze the mixture until it’s totally solid, about 2-3 hours. To serve, use a fork to scrape the ice and scoop the shavings into serving glasses.
